The results of an RCT (the gold standard in research) have been published. The study looked at the results of children taking the Lightning Process for mild-moderate CFS/ME, in conjunction with specialist medical care, against a group who were just undergoing specialist medical care.
The study looked at if the Lightning Process was effective and cost effective and concluded that: ‘The Lightning Process is effective and is probably cost-effective when provided in addition to specialist medical care for mild/moderately affected adolescents with CFS/ME.’
