Is it Suitable For Me? – Lightning Process

Could the Lightning Process Be Right for You?

If you've been searching for something that genuinely works – and wondering whether this could be it – you're in the right place. This page will help you explore, honestly and without pressure, whether the LP is a good fit for you.

The Lightning Process is a training programme that teaches you to use your brain differently to improve how your body works. Because it requires your active engagement rather than passive treatment, it's worth taking a moment to check whether the approach resonates with you personally.

98%
of participants surveyed in 2024 said they would recommend the Lightning Process – and many clients contact us months or even years later to share what they've gone on to achieve.

Do any of these sound familiar?

You might recognise one or more of these. If you do, the LP was designed with you in mind:

  • Constantly tired, no matter how much rest you get
  • Dealing with recurring pain, health issues, or symptoms that won't shift
  • Your body doesn't seem to recover the way it used to
  • Feeling affected by almost everything around you
  • Feeling low, flat, or upset much of the time
  • Overwhelmed by tasks you used to handle easily
  • Wanting better health but struggling to find something that actually helps

If several of these resonate, keep reading – you're far from alone, and there's real reason for hope.

Do other people's experiences resonate with you?

Over 75,000 people have taken the LP. Clients often contact us months – and even years – after the course to share what they've achieved. Reading their stories can be one of the most helpful ways to gauge whether this feels right for you.

"I'd tried so many things. The LP was the first approach that actually made sense to me – and the results followed."
– LP client

Many doctors have observed clients taking the course, or have taken it themselves. Having studied the research and seen the results first-hand, their perspectives can be genuinely reassuring.

What the LP works best with

Research has identified the factors that tend to lead to the best results. The LP is likely a strong fit if you're open to:

🧠 The idea that the brain, mind and body are deeply connected – and that you can use that connection to feel better
👁 Exploring fresh perspectives on health, even if they differ from approaches you've tried before
🙋 Taking an active role in your own recovery, applying the tools you're taught throughout the course
🤝 Building a strong working relationship with your practitioner

Being honest about fit

We want the LP to work for you – and that means being straightforward. The LP tends to be less effective for people who feel, at this point in time, that:

  • A training programme couldn't meaningfully influence their health
  • The brain–mind–body connection isn't relevant to their symptoms

That's not a judgement – these are simply honest findings from the research. If you're unsure, the best step is a conversation with one of our practitioners before deciding.

Because the LP involves learning and applying new concepts through guided instruction, it works best for people who can engage comfortably with that process. For anyone with significant cognitive impairments, we'd always recommend a personal assessment so we can advise properly on your individual situation. Individuals with an active diagnosis of psychosis may also find the approach difficult to engage with at this time.

Not sure yet?
Our practitioners are warm, experienced, and genuinely happy to help you work out whether the LP is right for you – with no pressure and no obligation. A short conversation can make all the difference.

Ready to take the next step?

Our team of highly trained practitioners can talk through your situation and advise honestly whether they feel the LP would be a good fit. They'd love to hear from you.

Part 1 of the LP is an interactive audio programme that introduces the core concepts and helps you start making change. It's a gentle, low-commitment way to see whether the approach feels right for you before taking the full course.
