Kate Gare

As an Advanced Lightning Process practitioner, since 2007 I have supported nearly 1000 people to transform their health and life.  I love my job.  It is amazing to see how my clients, who come to see me for many different reasons, transform from the kind of ‘stuckness’ that stops them from living their best life to become healthy, powerful and resilient people with choices available to them that had been taken away for so long.  And it’s so great to hear how they continue to live these great lives years later.

I love the science behind the mind body connection and I keep up to date with the latest findings which I incorporate into my Lightning Process training.

My courses are compassionate and fun as well as challenging when they need to be as I understand how important the changes are to my clients lives.  I know what it’s like to be ‘stuck’ having been ill for seven years along with experiences of low self-esteem, anxiety and a life with many challenges.  The Lightning Process helped me to become the confident, healthy, happy and resilient person I am today and to thrive at work and home with my young twins.  I’m passionate about supporting others to do the same.

I’m really proud that over 70% of my Lightning Process clients find me through personal recommendations.
